Return & Refund Policy

Contact our customer service team via (email - customersupport@esselindia.com  Or contact us at +91 9836364000. )to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Pack the product securely and include the RMA number and a copy of the original invoice.

 

 

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process a refund within [time frame, e.g., 5-7 business days]. Refunds will be issued in the form of credit note.

The refund amount will be the full purchase price of the product, minus any shipping costs incurred.

Yes, custom-ordered or personalized products, products that have been used or damaged, and products that are past their expiration date are non-returnable.
